This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the TronNRG website at tronnrg.com (the "Site") and the TRON Energy delegation utility offered through it (the "Service"), how that information is used, and the choices you have. The Site and the Service are operated by NRG Digital Assets FZE ("TronNRG", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to this Policy. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

Information We Collect

We have designed the Service so that you do not need to create an account, provide your name, or complete identity verification to use the core utility. The information we do handle falls into a few categories.

Usage and device data

When you visit the Site, we and our analytics provider automatically collect standard technical information such as your approximate location (derived from IP address), device and browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and the date and time of your visit. This is used in aggregate to understand how the Site is used and to improve it.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which may include your IP address and request details, for security, performance, and abuse prevention.

Wallet addresses you enter

If you use a tool on the Site that asks for a TRON address, such as an address or wallet checker or a fee calculator, the address you enter is used to query public blockchain data so we can return a result to you. A TRON address is a public identifier on a public ledger, not by itself identity information. We do not ask you to connect your wallet, and we never request your private keys or recovery phrase.

On-chain transactions

When you use the Service, the resulting transactions are recorded on the public TRON blockchain. That ledger is public, permanent, and outside our control. We cannot change or delete information recorded on the blockchain.

Information you send us

If you contact us by email or messaging, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your contact details and the contents of your message, and we use it to respond.

Cookies and Analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, primarily through Google Analytics 4, to measure traffic and understand usage. These cookies help us see which pages are useful and how visitors move through the Site. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, and blocking analytics cookies will not stop you from using the Service. Activity you carry out on the TRON network is, by the nature of public blockchains, visible to anyone and recorded permanently. This is a feature of the network, not of TronNRG, and it is outside our control. Please keep this in mind whenever you transact on-chain.

International Transfers

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, including in the United States, the European Union, and the United Arab Emirates. Where information is transferred across borders, we rely on the safeguards and legal bases available under applicable law.

Data Retention

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including operating the Site, meeting legal obligations, and preventing abuse. Aggregate analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider's settings, and server logs are kept for a limited period.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, such as the right to access it, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to withdraw consent. To make a request, contact us at the address below, and we will respond as required by the laws that apply to you. Please note that we cannot alter or remove information recorded on the public blockchain.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site and the Service are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can address it.
