Why can't I send my USDT?
You opened your wallet, you can see your USDT balance, you tried to send it, and the transfer failed. Why do I need TRX if I want to send USDT?
USDT and TRX are two different coins, but they live on the same network. USDT is the dollar-pegged stablecoin you actually want to move. TRX is the network's fuel. Every action on Tron, including sending USDT, has to be paid for in TRX.

How much energy do you actually need?
One USDT transfer on Tron costs around 65,000 energy if the recipient already holds USDT, or about 130,000 energy if you're sending to a brand new wallet. The faucet gives you 65,000 energy, which covers a standard transfer to an address that already has USDT. That's the most common case.
