Terms of Service

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TronNRG website at tronnrg.com (the "Site") and the TRON Energy delegation utility offered through it (the "Service"), operated by NRG Digital Assets FZE ("TronNRG", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site or the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Service.

2. The Service

TronNRG provides an automated TRON Energy delegation utility. In simple terms, you send a small amount of TRX to the address we specify, and the Service delegates Energy to your TRON address so that your own USDT and other TRC-20 transactions consume that Energy instead of burning a larger amount of TRX. The delegation happens on-chain. We do not send, hold, or control your tokens, and we are not a party to the transactions you carry out using the Energy.

3. Eligibility

You may use the Site and the Service only if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and are legally able to enter into a binding contract. By using the Site or the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that your use does not breach any law that applies to you.

4. Acceptable Use

TronNRG is a neutral network utility. It delegates Energy to the TRON address you choose so that your own on-chain transactions cost less. TronNRG does not endorse, encourage, promote, or facilitate the use of the Service for any unlawful purpose, and provides the Service on the understanding that you will use it lawfully.

By accessing or using the Site and the Service, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

• you will use the Site and the Service only for lawful purposes and in full compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations that apply to you, including any applicable anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorist-financing, sanctions, tax, securities, and money-transmission requirements;
• you are solely and fully responsible for your own activity, including every transaction you initiate, the source and destination of any funds, and your own legal, regulatory, and tax obligations in every jurisdiction that applies to you;
• you will not use, or attempt to use, the Service to carry out, fund, support, assist, facilitate, disguise, or conceal any illegal activity;
• you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing the Service from any jurisdiction where use of the Service is prohibited, and you are not a person with whom dealings are restricted under applicable sanctions laws;
• any information you provide to us is accurate, and you will not impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

You acknowledge that TronNRG does not monitor, and is under no obligation to monitor, what you do with delegated Energy or with any transaction you make. Responsibility for lawful use rests entirely with you. Nothing in these Terms creates any duty on TronNRG to supervise, review, or police user activity.

5. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Site or the Service to, or in connection with any attempt to:

• launder money, finance terrorism, or move, disguise, or conceal the proceeds of any crime;
• evade, breach, or circumvent any sanctions, export control, or other legal restriction;
• conduct fraud, theft, deception, or any other unlawful financial activity;
• deal in, or facilitate dealings in, anything that is unlawful to deal in under the laws that apply to you;
• violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights;
• cause TronNRG to breach any law or to be exposed to liability or regulatory action;
• interfere with, overload, disrupt, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the Service, the TRON network, or any related system, including through automated means, scraping beyond ordinary use, or exploitation of any vulnerability.

TronNRG may, at its sole discretion and without notice or liability, decline to provide the Service, withhold a delegation, and restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site or the Service, including where it suspects on reasonable grounds that you have breached these Terms or that your use may be unlawful.

6. No Custody and No Advice

The Service is non-custodial. TronNRG never takes possession or control of your funds, your private keys, or your wallet. You retain sole control of your assets at all times, and you alone are responsible for the security of your wallet, your keys, and your recovery phrase.

TronNRG is not a bank, exchange, broker, money services business, custodian, or investment, financial, legal, or tax adviser. Nothing on the Site and nothing about the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to enter into any transaction. Any tools we provide, including any address or wallet checker, are for general information only, are provided without warranty, and must not be relied upon as a guarantee of safety, status, or outcome. You are responsible for your own decisions and for obtaining your own professional advice.

7. Risk Acknowledgement

Using blockchain networks and digital assets carries risk. You acknowledge and accept that on-chain transactions are generally irreversible, that network conditions, fees, and Energy pricing and availability can change without notice, that delays or failures can occur for reasons outside our control, and that errors you make, such as sending to a wrong address or selecting the wrong network, may result in permanent loss. You use the Site and the Service at your own risk.

8. Availability and "As Is"

The Site and the Service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at any particular time, and we may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Site or the Service at any time without notice or liability.

9. Third-Party Services

The Site and the Service rely on or link to third-party services, software, networks, and providers, including wallets, exchanges, blockchain infrastructure, and analytics tools, which we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, security, or practices of any third party, and your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and policies.

10. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its text, design, graphics, and code, and all related intellectual property, is owned by NRG Digital Assets FZE or its licensors and is protected by law. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TronNRG, NRG Digital Assets FZE, and their owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or the Service, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Site or the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to use the Service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TronNRG, NRG Digital Assets FZE, and their owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or connected with your use of the Site or the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including for any suspected breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including those on acceptable use, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law, will survive.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site or the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site and the Service.

15. Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Service, are governed by the laws applicable in the RAK Digital Assets Oasis and the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or dispute-resolution bodies of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the laws of your place of residence.

16. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and the Service and replace any prior understanding. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganisation or transfer of our business.
