No. The energy consumed for the transaction is provided by the contract. You only pay the cost of renting. TronLink will show a fee when you approve the transaction, but it will not take the fee. The contract doesn´t cover bandwidth. Make sure you have enough (More than 450)

How long can I stake? Once you swap TRX for NRG its staked and will not be unstaked until you click the “Remove timer” button. As long as you stake you earn rewards from energy sales.

Use the “Claim rewards” button on the website or leave it in and it will automatically send rewards to your wallet, when you unstake. Adding more TRX will also trigger the rewards and send it to your wallet.

The “remove timer” button is for unstaking. Ones activated your NRG will be ready to swap after 14 days + 1 according to the Tron network parameters for staking periods.
