These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of the TronNRG Staking DApp ("DApp"). The DApp is owned and operated by TronNRG ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the DApp, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and acknowledge that you are using the DApp at your own risk. This is not an investment service; we are an intermediary that facilitates peer-to-peer transactions and sales on behalf of users.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time, without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon their posting on the DApp. Your continued use of the DApp following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the local laws and regulations applicable to your use of the DApp. You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that your use of the DApp does not violate any applicable laws.
All intellectual property rights in the DApp and its content, including but not limited to, trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, images, and software, are owned by TronNRG or its licensors. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the DApp without our express written permission.

You agree not to use the DApp in any manner that: a. Is fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful; b. Supports or facilitates scams, phishing attacks, or other malicious activities; c. Interferes with or disrupts the DApp or our systems; d. Violates any applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of others.
The DApp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the DApp will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.
You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use of the DApp, including but not limited to, tax obligations, reporting requirements, and transaction limitations.
All risks associated with your use of the DApp, including but not limited to financial losses, are your responsibility. We are not responsible for any losses or damages you may incur as a result of using the DApp. Third-Party Advertisements We may display third-party advertisements on the DApp. These advertisements are not endorsements or recommendations and we are not responsible for any actions or products of the third-party advertisers. Your interactions with these third-party advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TronNRG, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to your use of the DApp, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.
You acknowledge and agree that the DApp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TronNRG, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the DApp, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where TronNRG is incorporated, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of the DApp shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the jurisdiction where TronNRG is incorporated.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and TronNRG regarding the use of the DApp, superseding any prior agreements between you and TronNRG relating to the DApp. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
